INTRODUCTION/DESCRIPTION Aerosol sensor & monitor

Highly sensitive sensor developed for application in an industrial field such as clean rooms. Particulates of 0.3 microns or 0.5 microns or larger can be monitored.
The aerosol sensor unit can be used to keep optimum driving of filtering equipment related to a clean room depending on actual condition of cleanliness level.

The Aerosol Monitor which has easy-to-read display, and link to Ethernet system, can materialize simplified monitoring of Particulates at multiple location.
